Education is the most powerful tool to change the world. At EDUardo, we believe in promoting the accessibility of education for the disadvantaged. EDUardo Social Impact Program aims to provide access to our business simulation modules free-of-cost to those who need it most.

About the program

Technology and education go hand-in-hand with economic development. We believe that by providing our resources to targeted institutions, we will be able to drive change in underdeveloped areas.

EDUardo is an engaging business simulation with deep educational content that is well-equipped to tackle industry challenges. We offer content in the form of interactive case studies that can be easily integrated into learning projects at corporations, training institutions, and business schools.

How do we select the participants of the program?

Every 2 months, a board of independent experts choose 2 institutions to benefit from our program. Decisions are made based on the received applications.

Members of the board

Ms. Dalma Berkovics

Dalma is the program manager at Microsoft for startups in Hungary, working together with high-potential B2B startups and scaleups to grow their businesses. Dalma is also a great advocate of sustainability and social business. She was involved in several non-profit organizations such as MakeSense, OuiShare and the Sharing Economy Association of Hungary supporting social entrepreneurs.

Ms. Zsuzsanna Ferenczi

Native Hungarian, Zsuzsanna is a former marketing executive who has lived and worked in UK, Belgium and France. She has 25+ years of corporate experience leading high-achieving teams across the globe. Since 2020 she runs her own consulting business with her business partner, working with B2B organisations to find their path to sustainable success, she is also mentoring startups as well as she is a facilitator of a leadership master program at Conscious Business Institute.

Ms. Lucia Lučka Klanšek

Lucia Lucka defines business as her passion. She founded, built, and managed several successful companies in Slovenia and the USA, including Nektar, E4B, and LLK. In 2017, she received the Woman of The Decade award from the Women Economic Forum for her work in the Slovenia 4 You Foundation. Lives between New York and Ljubljana, Slovenia. She is the proud mother of Niko Klansek and Rhea Nina Klansek.

“I’ve always been a strong and independent woman, and throughout my life, I’ve experienced all the roles of a woman in a business family. As a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and my own boss.”

She is currently working on her PhD research: “Development of female entrepreneurship across different political and economic contexts in Slovenia” in collaboration with LLK’s Women Entrepreneur Network, Harvard Business School, SEB Ljubljana, and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

Ms. Barbara Panagopoulou

Barbara was born in Athens and studied Business Administration with a major in Organizational Behavior and a minor in Marketing, while she has participated in various educational programs in Greece and abroad for Marketing, Leadership and Human Resources Management.

She has an extensive working experience in major multinational companies in the field of Marketing and Human Resources.

In 1988, Barbara joined the Marketing Department of Procter & Gamble Greece, and from 1992 to 1996, she was transferred to the Human Resources Department of Procter & Gamble.

Following that, she was Human Resources Director in DHL and afterwards, was appointed Divisional HR Director Southeastern Europe and Middle East at The Coca-Cola Company.

Moving forward, Barbara was appointed Human Resources Director in Vodafone and from 2008 to 2017 joined Athenian Brewery S.A. (Heineken) as Human Resources Director.

Since 2018 Barbara is working as an HR consultant for various companies.
